The 53rd Grammy Awards were presented in Los Angeles on Sunday night, February 13. As usual the vast list of winners – 109 categories – included a group devoted to classical music and Naxos scored particularly well, with four Awards. Decca followed with two, and the top classical award went to Riccardo Muti’s live recording of Verdi's Requiem with his new orchestra, the Chicago Symphony for CSO Resound.
