Midem Classical Awards 2010 – the nominations

The Midem Classical Awards will be presented at a gala event in Cannes on Tuesday, January 26 (to be broadcast live from the Palais des Féstivals by radio stations in France, Luxembourg and Poland). Below is the list of nominated recordings from which the winners with be drawn. The jury comprises magazines (including Gramophone), radio stations and arts managers, and the results will be revealed in Cannes by the event's co-hosts, the Canadian mezzo Marie-Nicole Lemieux and Gramophone's editor-in-chief James Jolly. The full list of winners will be published on this site on the morning of Wednesday, January 27.
