Today's Video of the Day comes from Les Épopées with the new release of their performance of Monteverdi’s L’Orfeo, featuring tenor Julian Prégardien.

Founded by harpsichordist and conductor Stephane Fuget, the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté-based Les Épopées is an ancient music consort. Since July 2020 they have held a residency at the Château de Versailles, for both religious music and opera.

Their latest album was released on 21 June 2024 on the Château de Versailles Spectacles label.
