We look back at some of the finest moment in Gramophone's history as we celebrate the 90th birthday of Sir Compton McKenzie's magazine.

Gramophone was founded in 1923 by Sir Compoton McKenzie and since its foundation we have been priveledged enough to not only meet some of the finest performers in the classical music world but also speak to celebrities about their relationship with the artform. To celebrate our 90th anniversary we have pulled together a selection of our favourite interviews for ou to enjoy.

Britain currently holds the rotating chairmanship of the G8 and the talks are a prelude to the annual G8 summit later this year in Northern Ireland.
