Stylish chanson taken from Saturday's forthcoming Live from London concert

I Fagiolini, with their wide-ranging projects, are fast coming to define vocal versatility - but ahead of their concert this Saturday as part of Live from London, here's something particularly suave and stylish, a version of Léo Ferré's Chanson d’automne.

Called 'Au Naturel', the wider concert will explore nature and the passing of the year in a programme inspired by Pieter Brueghel the Younger’s The Seasons, and features music by Monteverdi, Howells, Schütz, Janequin, Rheinberger, plus the world premiere of a work by Joanna Marsh's now I lay, and a work commissioned by I Fagiolini in 1998 from Ed Hughes (accompanied by striking arctic photography).

'Brueghel and I Fagiolini invite you to pull up an armchair, whilst they gather in the musical harvest' - click here to find out more and buy tickets
