Choir & Organ's New Music scheme commissions emerging composers to write for a professional choir

The Choir of Trinity College Cambridge has been announced as Choir & Organ's New Music partners for 2025. The choir, which currently records for Hyperion Records, has recently been taken over by Steven Grahl as its Director of Music.
Three composers will write a choral work for the choir and one will write an organ piece, recorded and performed by Grahl. Each of the four 2025 print issues of Choir & Organ will include an interview with a composer on the scheme and the score to their work will be uploaded to the C&O website for free perusal and download.
The four emerging composers announced as taking part in the scheme are Alice Beckwith, Jamie Powe, Rockey Sun Keting and Conrad Asman.
An introductory video to the partnership is below, including an interview with the first of the composers, Alice Beckwith.
