Lang Lang was in London recently to talk about some of his educational projects – a series of books focused on the Lang Lang Piano Method for Faber, his Foundation and a concert at the Royal Albert Hall for children to take place on April 17. Gramophone's James Jolly talked to him about his educational philosophy and what made him become a pianist in the first place.
